First came Vegas and then the...Zoo!

We had a wonderful 48 hours in Vegas over the weekend!! Love our travelin buddies, so easy and relaxing made for a great time. No schedule, yummy food, lots to drink and a little luck at Pai Gow. Oh it was the perfect weekend get away! Thank you Grammy & Poppy for holding down the fort while we were gone! Hudson finally slept through the night, must be that Grammy boot camp!!! Made it home on Saturday and Sunday we were off to the zoo!!

Kids were super excited, Hannah and Ethan have both been really wanting to go... It was a beautiful day, all the animals were out and we got lots of exercise! Hudson sat in his stroller with his feet up and loved every minute of it!!

Hannah Patricia Turns "7"

Our baby girl turns "7." Can't even believe we have a 7 year old. I was thinking about the day of her birth seven years ago, feels like forever yet I can remember every single bit of the day!! It was a long labor, 27 hours but I was comfortable for the most part! Denny on the other hand still remembers how TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE his chair was ~ love ya, babe!! Seeing her was pure bliss, she was perfect. Missing Grandma Jerri today, so happy she was with us it truly meant the world to me!!

Hope you had a great day sweet girl, I sure loved spending it with you!! I love you forever and a day, to the moon and back until the sun turns black...

Helmet Head

Our 3rd little love bug has become quite the adventurer. He is into EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE. He pulls himself up to stand on everything. He loves to explore the house, and if we turn our back for a moment we end up having to FIND where he has ventured off to. So we decided to get him a Helmet, it offers a tiny peace of mind that at least his head is protected.

When Ethan was a baby and started moving around he had a permanent goose egg on his forehead from all his exploring.

We were playing outside so he was equipped with the helmet and sunglasses!!! What a CUTIE!!

Payson ~ Green Valley Park

Kids are on Spring Break so Daddy suggested a day trip to Payson! Braddy and GG bought Ethan a fishing pole for Christmas and he has been asking to go ever since. We headed up in the morning only to find Woods Canyon and Willow Springs closed until May...bummer. We drove into town and found a great park with a lake of its own!! Kids fished with no luck of finding any, but they seemed to enjoy it anyway.

Captain America

We were invited to a Mardi Gras party over the weekend!! Denny decided he really wanted to go as Captain America! Found his costume and they had a Mrs. Captain America ~ how fun we could match!! Had a great time!! Captain America was definitely a HIT!!

Our Beautiful Girl Celebrates Her 7th Birthday!!

Really, we have a 7 year old...how old does that make me?

Well almost 7 year old since her real birthday isn't until the 23rd!! You all know how I love birthdays and it only seems fitting that we celebrate twice! She did tell me SOOOO many times that day that she could do this or that or have this or that because it was HER BIRTHDAY!! Finally I heard Denny say, "it's not your birthday yet Hannah." Gotta love that girl, always working an angle :)

Anyhow, we celebrated with a Dance Party ~ so fun! All the girls really seemed to enjoy themselves!!

Nascar Weekend with Papa!

Had a great time watching NASCAR this past weekend at PIR with Pops!! Love his visits, and look forward to them all year!!

He was here for a week, we enjoyed the race and made it out for a little bingo too. Kids totally enjoyed having him around and we are definitely missing him today!!
